A special and intimate place. The heart that beats under La Posada, where we invite you to try, savor and discover unique wines from the region, especially our wines from Bodega La Matilde. We enjoyed them together, we clinked glasses, we shared a moment of calm without noise under the vaulted ceiling that protects our wines.

VINEYARDS AND WINERY
We chose a unique land to establish our vineyards. In front of the imposing Cerro Champaquí, with calcareous soils of great potential, 300 days of sun a year and an adequate rainfall regime.
Six hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards, our Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Rousanne and Sauvignon Blanc varietals give rise to wines with a lot of identity from the region and a temperament with a lot of identity.

NATIVE FOREST
Here, we enjoy the balance between man and nature. This 60-hectare space is part of one of the most important environmental conservation projects based on ecotourism in the province of Córdoba. We conserve an important portion of the land that makes up La Matilde as a reserve of the Chaco Serrano Forest.
Native forest are ecosystems that provide numerous benefits to society and improve the health, economy and quality of life of people, different species and the environment, so we have to strive to preserve and care for them

POOL
One of the points at La Matilde that add peace and well-being to the experience is our pool and its surroundings. A refreshing bath breathing fresh air, listening to the song of the different species of birds that live near the inn, and the cicadas that in summer never stun the silence. Enjoy a cocktail or a natural juice on the lounge chairs, admiring the Champaquí hill from the front, and the reflection of the clear sky on the water.

GROCER'S SHOP
We let ourselves be carried away by stories and legends of country grocery stores, a mix of warehouse and tavern. Place where our wines are stored and cared for. Place where after a visit and walk through La Matilde, end the afternoon with a glass of wine.

PRAYER SPACE
Nature, calm, and spirituality are very connected. Matilde's environment invites introspection, and being able to disconnect from the urgencies of everyday life takes us inward and also to flow outward, with the whole. We are sensitive to all needs, including those of the spirit, that is why we provide a space for prayer.

A warm corner where everything has a reason for being. We design and build the Matilde to always maintain a pleasant and welcoming interior climate. Next to the restaurant you will find a comfortable living room with a very special fireplace, sculpted by a stonecutter from the region.

VAYACALMA
Caring for nature and people is part of our essence. That's why we use natural cosmetic items. All the soaps, shampoos and conditioners that we use at La Matilde, and that we have in the bathrooms of each room, are handmade and ecologically made by VayaCalma. At the inn, you can also purchase many other products, from a wide variety. The soap factory is located at the farm, and you can visit it to learn more about this traditional and creative production process.

GREENHOUSE ORCHARD OF FLOWERS AND CIRGOLAS
We have a productive space for vegetables for DeAdobe Restaurant and edible flowers for Nectar de Flores and to incorporate into the gastronomic proposal. Likewise, a space of butterfly plants that attract more than 20 species of native butterflies and the Monarch.
In the same space we produce brown and pink Girgolas in poplar trunks from which we make pickles, dried mushrooms and humus, gargoyles.
