We honor the deep roots immersed in the heart of traditional Argentine cuisine. Our dishes emphasize original flavors, combining products of high nutritional quality, with a varied menu of recognized prestige.

ORGANIC PRODUCTION

We chose a unique land to establish our vineyards. In front of the imposing Cerro Champaquí, with calcareous soils of great potential, 300 days of sunshine a year and an adequate rainfall regime.
Six hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards, our Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Rousanne and Sauvignon Blanc varietals give rise to wines with a lot of identity from the region and a temperament with a lot of identity.

Carefully selected wineries from Córdoba that maintain their concept of a family winery. Coffee blends prepared with 100% Colombian beans developed by Zehan Nurhazar, an international barista and coffee master in Argentina. Exclusive aromatic blends for our restaurant complete an experience that engages all the senses.
