Placing emphasis on the freshness, seasonality and availability of the products from our garden.

We honor the deep roots immersed in the heart of traditional Argentine cuisine. Our dishes emphasize original flavors, combining products of high nutritional quality, with a varied menu of recognized prestige.

PRODUCTION ORGANIC

We chose a unique land to establish our vineyards. In front of the imposing Cerro Champaquí, with calcareous soils of great potential, 300 days of sunshine a year and an adequate rainfall regime.
Six hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards, our Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Rousanne and Sauvignon Blanc varietals give rise to wines with a lot of identity from the region and a temperament with a lot of identity.

Organic and biodynamic production is the backbone of our concept.

We produce vegetables, aromatics, mushrooms and edible flowers,
which come directly to our kitchen.
